As a surprise gift for Hugh Hefner’s 82nd Birthday Party, Pamela Anderson joined his three girlfriends Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and my fave Kendra Wilkinson at the party in Las Vegas and delivered his birthday cake….In her Birthday suit….Yes, Butt Naked!

Needless to say Mr Hefner LOVED his surprise as he couldnt take his eyes off her – and neither could the other guests! The birthday party shenanigans were screened on an episode of “The Girls next Door” last night in the US, and as you can see, her modesty (or what was left) was fully censored.
