So just Who is Gelila Bekele?

So you guys are pretty nosey huh! )…..Since the post I made on Tyler Perrys Grand Studio opening a few weeks ago I have been getting messages on who his date Gelila Bekele is, why was she there?, what does she do?, is she his girlfriend/ etc etc etc…And the pic of the two alone has gotten over 500 views! Crazy huh. So I thought I had to do this post stop all the madness….So here’s some little bits Iv found out(Behold,the power of Google!)….

Gelila Bekele is a 21 year old Ethiopian born model signed to FORD Modelling Agency and currently lives in New York. She is in fact the girlfriend of Tyler Perry.

She has appeared in numerous US national and international advertisement campaigns from Pantene to Colgate and hasappeared in countless high fashion magazines including Vogue and MarieClaire.

Gelila is also heavily involved in charity work and works with Kageno, Keep a Child Alive, and Darfur Action Network working with creating awareness of issues relating to her home countries in Africa. For more about her, visit her Official Myspace Page.

Lauren Conrad out in LA + Talks about Harper Collins book Deal.

Now I dont know why I love The Hills so much, but I never seem to miss an episode – everyone has a guilty pleasure and The Hills is definetly mine lol! And yes, Im “Team Lauren”…I love this girl – her style, and how she just makes all the other characters look stupid, just by being herself while they just try and try all day, everyday! ha ha!

Anyway, Lauren Conrad was spotted in Brentwood, LA yesterday leaving a friends house looking casual chic and fabulous. Im loving the skinny jeans and the trilby style hat. Cool.

In other Lauren news, she was talking recently about her new Three-book deal with Harper Collins publishers:

“I think because I have a reality show, they have low expectations. These aren’t meant to be very serious books. They’re very fun. They’re a light read, so hopefully people will just enjoy them.”

 ”We threw around a few ideas, possibly on dating or fashion. But I love writing stories, so we came up with this idea of loosely basing it on my story, but with completely different people, just kind of the same situation. We can have fun with it, ’cause we spent five years on camera, and there was an entirely different story off camera, not being told,. It’ll focus on that side of it.”

The first book from the series due to hit stores next summer entitled ‘LA Candy’, she has already finished the outline and will now write the novel.

“I’m having a lot of fun with it,” she said. “It’s definitely a little bit more edgy. Just very real.”

Spotted: Beyonce & Jay Z out in New York.

Royal Husband and wife Beyonce and Jay-Z were spotted out in New York last night after attending a cocktail party hosted by P-Diddy celebrating his appearance on the “Black on Black” cover of L’Uomo Vogue’s October 2008 Music Issue, before heading for a romantic dinner together in the exclusive Cipriani restaurant.

Beyonce looked lovely in an emerald green dress with a black flap-layered jacket and gold heels. Mr ‘Jiggaman’ Jay-Z chose to wear a black hooded coat, plaid button-up shirt, and oversized indigo jeans.

LiL Wayne Welcomes a new Baby Boy!

Rapper LIL Wayne has welcomed a new Baby boy today. Little is known about the baby’s mother, other than she is an apparent on again/off again girlfriend by the name of Sarah B. But who knows what goe’s on behind closed doors with this man as he’s quite private with these things. Anyways…Congrats Mr Wayne :o)

Lfye Jennings Arrested….What The Hell?!!

Ok let me take a moment to catch myself…This is my baby Lyfe Jennings we’re talking about!

But in all seriousness….Singer Lyfe Jennings was arrested by Georgia police for allegedly shooting off a gun, taking police on a car chase and refusing to take a sobriety test. WTF?!! Dammm….

Police in Smyrna county, Georgia say they were responding to a gunshots fired call when they spotted Jennings leaving the scene in a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette; police then pursued him ending in Jennings eventually crashing his vehicle.
He was then arrested and charged with discharging a firearm near a public highway and refusing to take the sobriety test.
Lyfe Jennings has famously already spent time in prison, after serving 10 years from 1992-2002 after being convicted of arson.

This is such a shame…. Lye Jennings?? Doing this?? Wow….Im praying things work out with this.

And Speaking of Rihanna….(and T.I).

So heres some exclusive pics of Rihanna and Justin Timberlake on the set of her new music video for the song “Rehab” off her “Good Girl Gone Bad” re-release album.“Rehab” was co-written by Justin and I for one am looking forward to this video!  Rihanna’s looking out there as usual and looks cool with it as usual, I love the gold hooker shoes. And Im not the biggest Justin Timbrlake fan looks wise, but he’s looking pretty hot here….I dunno why I seem to like them hardcore looking sometimes LOL! Enjoy the pics…
